Where can you vacation with 20 other family members or friends and still find something special for everyone; Island Oasis, located just 3 blocks from Coligny Plaza. Other homes may “Accommodate” 21 people but Island Oasis provides a variety of interior / exterior settings and spaces designed to please anyone and everyone as a luxury vacation rental in Hilton Head. With some accommodations and most amenities set on the ground level, enjoy the easy access that allows everyone to be included in the fun.
The pool side of the house puts you in a truly tropical, magazine typesetting, created by exceptional landscaping, stonework, and tall bamboo. Fully fenced and private, it’s geared for fun, sun, and relaxation. Dip in the pool as you watch water cascade from the 10-person spa, lounge in the chaise, sit poolside under an iconic palm, share stories on the 3 person tree swing suspended from a massive Live Oak or roast up some S’mores over the fire pit. This yard alone is sure to provide many treasured memories.
On the other side of the Island Oasis, find a completely different setting. Enjoy being shrouded in privacy by the lush vegetation and large trees Hilton Head is known for while watching woodpeckers do their work. Take in the peace and serenity sitting with friends on the shaded stone patio, find a seat on a garden bench or wind your way up the steps, leading to a massive private deck. This side of the Island also provides you with access to the kitchen, an outdoor shower and a serious grill, ready to feed all those hungry guests. Be sure to ring the dinner bell when the BBQ is ready!
Upon entering Island Oasis you will immediately sense the warm welcoming environment. The impressive main area includes the living room, dining room and open concept kitchen which all share a vaulted, exposed beam ceiling. Done eating, what’s your pleasure. The spacious, inviting living room boasts a large HDTV / DVD a warm decorative fireplace, a sofa sleeper, and a piano. Up for a game of pool, find your way across the house to the table, flip on the HDTV and enjoy a game while sharing some laughs. Fold out the poker table and chairs, stowed in the foyer closet and really get the evening’s action going. In the mood for something quieter, sneak away to the reading nook overlooking the activities. If you’re in the mood for a cocktail, glass of wine or a cold one, head up to the Adult Oasis. It has a wet bar, beer and wine fridge, bar table for two, access to the deck, and a love seat but you better be quick if you want dibs on the classic Tommy Bahama chair. While there, pop in a DVD of your favorite movie and shout out all the classic one-liners.
Additional first-floor accommodations include three bedrooms, three full baths, and the laundry area. There’s one bunk room that comfortably sleeps four, a bright bedroom has two Full beds and a king en-suite which has an additional area for baby’s crib or bassinet. The living room also converts into a sleeping area with a sofa sleeper. For your pleasure, all bedrooms at Island Oasis have HDTV & DVD, adequate closet space and tasteful furnishings.
The second floor is split into two sections, providing even more diversity and privacy. Wind your way up the grand staircase, past the reading nook to find an additional bunk room that comfortably sleeps five. The attached full bath has a privacy door for the bath/water closet, helping to make the morning rush an easy affair. On the other side, find a king en-suite with a beautiful bath that sports a large glass shower, His & Her sink, and a separate water closet.
On the other upper level, pass by the Adult Oasis and through a set of lovely French Doors to find a luxurious master suite that’s sure to please.
