A Letter to Our Guests
To Our Guests,
In light of recent closures and changes in our area due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Five Star Properties will be allowing any guest that was set to arrive between now and April 15, 2020, to change their dates over the course of a 12-month period. This may be extended as we receive information on any changes regarding Coronavirus and local closures.
At Five Star Properties, we care about the well-being of each and every guest and we are committed to providing a safe and clean home to you. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we are using the CDC recommended steps and cleaning materials to fully disinfect and sanitize all surfaces of our homes. Our team is also educated on the importance of washing and sanitizing their hands and staying home if they are not feeling well. With that being said, we understand that many of our guests are unable to travel during these unprecedented times and while risk is low in our area as of now, information is changing daily. Our team is staying informed and passing that information to you as we get it to make sure you know the facts about what is going on in our area.

Please understand that our team is hard at work making and answering phone calls so that we can take care of our guests and give peace of mind during this difficult time, so call volumes are high at this moment. This is an all-hands-on-deck situation and our entire time is working diligently for you.
