Governor Henry McCaster announced that he lifted Executive Order 2020-19 since it has lapsed and has not been renewed. The short-term vacation rental ban is discontinued in Hilton Head and Five Star Hilton Head is open for business as of May 11th. In addition to short-term vacation rentals being available again, private beaches and restaurants are open.
